One of my favorite clients is a retired engineer that had developed physical problems from a lifetime of working and playing hard that caused balance and stability problems that made walking a struggle. He owned a family home on the Jersey Shore, but couldn’t play with his grandkids on the beach, fish, or participate in all the activities that he loved.
He went to work in his garage and invented a product called the Shore Shoe®. It’s a Stability Sandal engineered for walking on sand and uneven surfaces. His goal was to regain his freedom of movement, but now that has, he wanted to give others the same feelings of joy he had when he could join my grandchildren and family on the beach.
We helped bring his product to market in late 2019, created a marketing and advertising strategy, went live his e-commerce website, and have been helping build The Shore Shoe® brand for the past two years in “the time of Covid” by constantly experimenting with marketing channels, messaging and timing to reach the right demographic.
